Two federated public library systems, the Northern Waters Library Service (NWLS) and Wisconsin Valley Library Service (WVLS) are seeking innovative, knowledgeable, customer service- and team-oriented individuals to provide professional and courteous technical support on computer hardware and software, peripherals, and handheld devices, onsite and remotely, to over 60 public library service outlets throughout central and northern Wisconsin.
NWLS, is headquartered in Ashland (WI), and serves 29 public library service outlets located in Wisconsin’s eight northern most counties. More information about NWLS is available here. WVLS is located in Wausau (WI), and provides service to 36 public libraries and branch libraries across its 7-county central Wisconsin service area. More information about WVLS is available here.
The annual salary is $25,000-$35,000, depending on experience and qualifications. An excellent benefit package is provided.
